La Tolderia - El Calafate

We were a group of 3 pairs and all had problems with the staff. They did when they did not like to work in a restaurant during the high season. The food was fair and the surroundings too. When I asked the waitress to some cie cubs (for the third time), she just laughed with the manager.... don't come back.

I had eaten a lot of steak while here, because it's good and cheap. I ordered my medicine well to med. I cut it up and it was rare, so I sent it back and it was perfect afterwards. Fries and giants! I didn't eat all of them. There were no other vegetables served with the meal. We got the standard bread before the meal arrived. Beer is cheaper than coke (ha! Out waitress was very friendly and spoke enough English. The menu was published outside and also in English. The place had more than a few people eating and we could see through the window that it looked really good. We were happy with our meal and service and the price was very decent.

Really expensive, terrible food and lousy service. The chicken was tasteless, the lamb was rough and dry, the Caesar salad was dried in the sauce, and the chicken wok was super oily.
