Burger King - El Cajon

Went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order 4 times and explain what i meant when I asked for my sandwhic to be on 2 bottom buns. I didn 't get a receipt and I could count the number of fries in my medium sized fry. The burger and buns were fresh and the food came fast, but I still regret going to this location.

They got my order on the drive thru and made me park in front of the store, I was the only car at the moment… I waited 20min and watched other cars getting their orders in the window. I went inside walking and ask for my order and they didn’t have it. The girl that realized that, told me she was going to get it for me. I watched her going over the boys that were preparing the burgers without saying nothing and walked back to the other side, she did it couple of times. Other girl asked me if I was being help and explained what happened and that the other girl was taking care of that. Than I watched the first girl going over the boys again but this time she told them if they can get may order. She took about another 8min to tell them to do that. The second girl went back at me again and asked me if I had my order already and I her no and to please cancel it. I was there for a little over half an hour since I was moved to the front of the store and by the time I got my reimbursement. Just to say, I was at lunch from work? which I missed it.

Worst experience ever.. This is the coldest burger I’ve ever eaten.. really dirty place, they only have soda no tea or juice. Soda machine does not work, and just to make my experience worst they take for ever.
