Restaurant bewertenI don't think I would bother to reserve a table at the theatre restaurant before a movie again after the experience I had here. Watching one staff member freak out at other staff members and having our drinks take forever was not worth what we paid. Just an uncomfortable experience where everyone seemed unhappy to be doing their job. We also had to ask for our popcorn and drinks in our theatre seats because the movie had already started and no one had delivered anything to us. Overal the VIP theatre experience is a unique treat, but I recommend going to a different restaurant and buying your own snacks prior to going into the theatre. They should stick to just showing movies because they don't know how to provide proper customer service to people when it comes to the foodservice industry.
My staff enjoyed the food, the entertainment and the movie! We will be doing this again in the near future.
Four of us decided we would have dinner at the theater before watching the 730 show. We arrived at 620 it was about 10 minutes before a wait person asked if we wanted drinks. It was about 10 minutes to get water, at which time we decided we should order poor food to make sure it we could eat it in a reasonable environment before the 730 show. About 755 they asked if we'd like to have our food bright to our theater seats as the kitchen was swamped, why did it take them this long to decide I don't know. We went to our seats and about 10 minutes later they brought our food which required us to eat it very rapidly before the for started. This experience has probably made us decided never again to patronize the restaurant and possibly not attend again.
First time at VIP, will defiantly be back. Very comfortable, great service and enjoyed the movie thoroughly.
Very quiet. Great place to relax in front of a movie.
