Pho Bulous - Edmond

We used to love eating at Phobulous because everything was perfect—hot, tasty food, friendly service, pleasant ambience (except for the dim lighting on the right side and occasional loud music , and cleanliness.Unfortunately, the last few times we tried to eat there, the temperature was freezing (think hanging meat , so we walked out. Who wants to eat in the refrigerator? The female manager isn’t friendly and, well, Phob just doesn’t have that sincerely welcoming feeling anymore (What happened to the original friendly guys? .We did try takeout, but the quality of the chicken was greatly lacking and no utensils were found in the bag. Oh well.

We truly enjoyed our time here. We ate some amazing food, had a Great Server and some good drinks! If you are in the area and love good Vietnamese dishes, stop and try it, I believe you will have the same opinion as I do! Good stuff!!Food: 5/5

The food was comparable to most Vietnamese restaurants. Flavorful and well spiced. What makes this stand out is the service! Servers were very attentive and friendly. Food was served quickly and accurately. Drinks were refilled and dishes cleared immediately. We definitely recommend that you give this place a try!Vegetarian options: Several dishes had vegetarian options.
