I would of gave it 5 stars because the food is awesome and the dad is pleasant however I took away 1 star because his daughter the cashier has no customer service skills no patience and she is very rude...and this is her 2nd time being rude. I can tell she doesn't want to work there.

The woman who works there is very rude, she mixed up my order and tried to make me pay for it!!!! Very unprofessional when I tried to correct the order she began yelling and going back and forth with me. No one calmed her down the other workers literally just stood there watching until a man came and explained my order to her. I only gave 2 stars because that day my sandwich was pretty good other than that they would get NO STARS!!!! Lost me and my co-workers as customers because of their rudeness and lack of cleanliness

Decent food, but missed an item in my $160 order, and they did not accommodate their mistake when called. First off the bottom off all the bags are wet, probably due to the poor packaging of the beans that were placed at the bottom and crushed by everything else. This was bought with company money so I have no reason to lie that I am missing my bosses food. But the person I got on the phone was very rude about it. Like come on, you have 15 plus items to accommodate and you really don't think you might have placed it in another bag by mistake. Huge orders are messed up all the time. If I wanted an extra plate I would have just ordered it. Very sad that this happened, the food is decent. They just lost thousands of dollars by providing bad customer service on an mistake that they made. P.S. got a refund through grub hub, grub hub charges them more but seems worth it for the added security.

I ordered from this place many times and had no issues until this time. I accidently ordered food to be picked up online when I called I spoke to a man I'm assuming the owner he was nice trying to help me. I Explained I was unable to pick the order up because I was at work that's why I wanted it to be delivered. Minutes later I get a phone call from a very rude woman telling me for future reference to order on another site. the food eventually was delivered after they demanded 4 dollars for a delivery fee when they got which was fine. I sent a friend out to get the food from the lady and she proceeded to yell at him about how we need to spend 30 dollars minim around our area and that next time we should order from uber eats like we are supposed to know this information! we will not be ordering from them again!
