Moonlight Cafe - Edinburg

When entering the farm it looks kind of dark inside, but then they are greeted in a cozy it area. we were surprised to see how busy this place was. the patrons came during the time we were there. So we thought they had to do something good here. When our server came by, he brought us some homemade chips salsa that were so good, we could not stop eating them. we ordered the beef fajita quesadillas that came with a nasalat, and the tampiqueña that came with sizzling rind meat fajitas, two cheese enchiladas, a crispy bark tacos, Spanish rice, refried drilling, from the side and choice of tortillas. I chose the flour tortillas that were good in taste, but a little to thick gor my lust. I will say that eating was nice hot when served, had a lot of taste, and the service is great. the only disappointment for me was that a table before us had a gentleman who decided to take off his shoes and eat barefoot. I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but no good date to see when you eat.

Service and eating was amazing! will continue coming here homemade mais and flour tortillas, which is a big plus! I had a bistac ranchero and I have to say it was delicious!

This restaurant serves the best breakfast in the area! You know a breakfast joint is top-notch when it's bustling at 8 o'clock on a weekday. The diner is clean and the service is quick. I ordered the "Divorciados" breakfast, which includes two eggs, beans, hash browns, chili peppers, and both red and green salsa - hence the name, "Divorciados." I like to add bacon and eat it with tortillas. This breakfast will be unforgettable.

This was my first time at the restaurant and I was a bit hesitant about how long the wait would be, as the parking lot was almost full. However, they had a table available for my group of 8 and we were seated right away. As I parked my car, I noticed several Texas Highway Patrol vehicles and thought to myself that if they were eating here, the food must be good. Our server promptly kept our coffee and water refilled and took our order as soon as the kitchen was ready. We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast and overall had a great experience.

They love their salsa and chips. great little restaurant. have you really fallen! in the words of my wife “DELICIOUS!” here for the wac volleyball turnier and plan to go to lunch and dinner tomorrow
