Dairy Queen - Edinburg

Another visit another disappointment. After having an issue a couple of weeks ago, regarding a messed up triple belt buster with cheese n bacon, I decided to give them another chance. Ordered a small blizzard with chicken strips n Texas Gravy. I pay for my meal and then after waiting 15mins I'm told they are out of gravy. I ask for a refund. I didn't want chicken nuggets with ketchup. I came to dairy queen for the strips n gravy. The one you're famous for. It's always something here. Yes I got my refund but the water of time. Tell people you're missing something before they pay, don't lock them into something they didn't order at a drive thru.

Always enjoy the fast food, ice cream, and friendly employees

Got wrong order but was quickly fixed with best customer service!

Ask for Sylvia to make the burger she takes her time and it comes out awsome and she's a very sweet woman
