Kona Grill Eden Prairie

Our meal was great and our server was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The only drawback to our meal was that we all felt chilly, sitting at our table by the windows.

My server Mackenzie was awesome and very helpful in navigating the menu. My favorite item I ordered tonight was the Spicy Shrimp Tempura. There was a lot of flavor and wasn't too spicy. Another employee, Robert, is always very friendly and recognized me from our last visit here. It is always great to have someone so lively to brighten your day. I had a great dessert recommendation from Madison, who recommended the 3 layer carrot cake, and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend and appreciate all the employees who made my experience better.

Our server barely visited our table, forgot to put in our drink orders, did not refill waters or clear dishes. We had to wave her down to ask her about our drinks- she apologized and said she was stressed. I think she had forgotten to put in our order entirely- because our food came very very late. We understand that bad nights for servers can happen- but for the price we were very disappointed with our experience.

Kona Grill Eden Prairie is a great location for sushi and rolls. Many different options and a great happy hour!

Service was great and food was served quickly. Music was a bit loud and strange choices. The food itself was good but not for the price. Specifically the sushi was a bit off. The role was loose and the tempura shrimp was soggy inside.
