Royal Oak Inn - Eden

From start to finish, the hospitality at The Royal Oak was superb. Our week-long hike was perfectly capped off with our stay here. The accommodations were excellent, and the food and drinks were of top quality. However, the standout aspect was the staff. They were helpful, professional, and just all-around amazing. Highly recommended.

On Sunday 10. for a frying visit and eating was exceptional. very generous portion, without being excessive, and good quality products and cook. the desserts were also beautiful that they were homemade and they tasted amazing. had not the names of the two people who served us (south African girl and a South African guy), but they were exceptional and could not have provided a better service. overall a great experience, and would certainly return if in the opposite again!

We stayed in a holiday home nearby and booked a family meal for 8 of us at The Royal Oak Hotel on April 5th around 7:00 pm. The food not only looked amazing when it was brought to our table, but it also tasted amazing. We were served by Troy and Ellie who were extremely friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its top-notch food and customer service. Thank you to all!

I attempted to make a reservation online but was instructed to call instead. After calling, I was told to send an email. I sent an email and never received a response. When I followed up with another phone call, I was informed that they were too busy to respond to emails but would reply later that afternoon. It has been three days and I still have not heard anything. The lack of communication and professionalism from a supposed hospitality establishment is quite disappointing.

We have just returned home after spending two nights at the Royal Oak. On arrival we had a warm friendly welcome . The room was very clean and everything that was needed available. The restaurant food was of a high standard. Nothing was too much...trouble. We would highly recommend, look forward to a return stay. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable.
