Walmart Supercenter - Easton

If you're going to have a policy regarding the use of gift cards that are on a mobile device it's probably a good idea to have said policy clearly posted so that a patron doesn't waste their time standing in line, having their groceries scanned and then just have a manager give you no other option but to take out ALL of the bagged groceries and rescan everything. And guess what, scanning the gift card at self checkout is no problem! Absolutely infuriating experience and downright embarrassing. My child was nearly in tears due to the complete lack of customer care. No wonder machines are taking your jobs!

They never answer the phone. Good luck getting anyone to help you with specific departments like Paint or Outdoor Service. I pushed the button at the kiosks for help and waited 15minutes. Then asked 2 reps for help both said “we will send someone over”. No one showed up waited about 30minutes before giving up. Honestly easier and more convenient to order from Amazon. Walmart is a just waste of time and unnecessary frustration.

UPDATE: Still a big thumbs up. For this latest visit the staff was so very helpful as I have a severe rib injury and needed to replenish some things. I'll have to say this is my favorite Wal-Mart. For a Wal-Mart, I'll have to give this one a big thumbs up. How neat and clean it is. The store is larger than most I live near. Only drawback for me was they didn't have what I went in for.

I only go to Walmart if I absolutely need to. Never any cashier's and customer service closed at 8. I bought this big mirror two weeks ago, spent almost $600 shopping. The mirror was marked for $62. When I looked at my receipt at home I was charged $97 for it. I went back with my receipt and was told I had to bring the mirror back for them to reimburse me the difference. Mirror is heavy and about 6 feet tall. I can't even carry it by myself. Ridiculous. Even with my receipt that they can scan.

So I love this Walmart. I’ve been coming here for 12 years. They flipped the whole store around, no signs… very confusing layout. But it seems well stocked? I hope some things improve. I do love the target stealing “dollar section” at the entrance though.
