Restaurant bewertenSo placed an order with uber eats, upon receiving my order I realised they had forgotten to give my daughter’s oreo milk shake,so rang and spoke to the manager who very kindly sent out milk shake and complimentary cake which he did not have too as order was placed with 3rd party,but he went over and beyond his means to make his customers happy. Thank you very much my daughter was very happy. Will defo be ordering again.
We ordered from the Sweet Retreat Etwall store. The customer service was really poor, I was told after ordering the wait for collection would be 30 minutes, after 15 minutes we receive a snotty call saying why haven't we collected the order yet. Then once we open the food, we had a long black hair in the waffle (none of us have black hair) we also ordered 2 other desserts which tasted of nothing, with barely any toppings it was so bland. Really disappointing.
Absolutely terrible service and delivery time. Ordered two deserts which took 2 hours to come. When we were 30 minutes past the delivery time, we rang the restaurant to ask and the girl on the phone was horribly rude and gave us no answers other than the food will be here when it’s here. Will never order from there again.
Ordered takeaway, arrived in absolutely no time. Best milkshake I've had in a long time. Big shout out.
Will not be going here again! Yet again the order is wrong- missing an item. Rang Sweet Retreat, was faced with a patronising staff member and an even more patronising manager who suggested I “check under the cup holder” in the bag to see if my cheesecake was underneath, a ridiculous comment and an insult to intelligence. The level of incompetency in this restaurant is unfathomable. Unfortunately the food does not warrant the awful customer service, long wait times and missing items. Would definitely NEVER recommend, it’s not worth the hassle!
