Costs a full dollar for alternative milk and then not even in the order, and many parts of mobile order will be forgotten unless they ask for them

I love getting my ice coffee here and a boss a cream donut or the specialty spider donut.

I got there wanting to order a coffee but was shocked and turned back because they were BLASTING obscene music with curse words in it, all while being right in front of the Angry Birds mini golf course and right down the hall from the Nickelodeon Theme Park, where TONS of kids walk by. I'm not bothering with this Dunkin anymore. A mother came up with her child and they lowered the music but kept it playing all while curse words were going left and right. That's just ridiculous. I had to take a video of it happening because I couldn't believe it.I'm sorry but this issue HAS to be escalated to corporate! Working in this mall shouldn't have to bring these issues but it's a shame to see this happening.

Surprise! It's a vegetarian Dunkin, but it is not advertised. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese only to be met with condescension. Bad experience.

They need to train their employees before leaving them on their own. Took over 20 minutes to get a coffee and a bagel twist, everyone behind me in line got their stuff first. When I had asked where my items were they said they never put it in.
