Logan's Roadhouse East Peoria

Good food and usually no great waiting time. The rolls are large, burgers, steaks are good, and the meat leaflets are very good. Staff was nice and service good, but we always seem to have problems with gift cards. The staff finally shows the cards, but it becomes frustrating.

Overall it was a good experience. The service was friendly but they seemed short-staffed and there were a couple of delays in getting things we requested. Our food was a mixed bag. The overall taste was good but the crab cakes were drenched in sauce (ask for it on the side) and I was given a small portion of fries that were barely warm. Prices are reasonable, especially in this age of inflation. We'd go again, but we'd be a little more strategic in what we ordered.

I took my son and granddaughter there today were moving to Missouri in 10 days and wanted all of us to have a nice lunch. The waitstaff was very nice and did well. But I asked for a med/well steak I got a **** steak she took it back my family was over half done when I got my steak back which was well over cooked now I couldn't eat it I packed it up for my dogs. I noticed when I got it back a large piece I cut off was missing from the plate you could still see where it was cut, The cook get hungry? Waitstaff brought Manager dressed awful but was nice, apologized and took 1/2 off my lunch .It should have been all of my meal. The waitstaff did well it is why I'm giving a 3 star but We will not be back.

My first and last visit. The restaurant was clean. The service was very slow. The bones in my half slab rib dinner were old and dry so that describes how the meat was. I attempted to add extra bbq sauce to help but quit eating after a few bites. My dinner companion never got the ordered salad, even after 2 reminders. My loaded baked potato was so dry that the load just sat on top even after cutting the potato. The bread was fresh. The restroom was clean. Beverage refills were slow and wrong. We waited 20 minutes for a cocktail that wasn't available, neither was the second choice. At least we were told about the second choice within a few minutes. I didn't send the ribs back because I was afraid the next choice would be the same or worse.

Stopped in off the expressway for lunch. Not sure how the rating is even at 4 stars. I gave 2 stars because my server Ashley)was extremely nice. I arrived around noon. Wasn’t a lot of people in the restaurant. I stood in the front not knowing if I could seat myself or just keep waiting. A guy finally came after more customers came in. I was seated. I ordered the chicken strips to eat there and the anything and everything salad with no tomatoes to go after I was done. My server informed me that the chicken strips came with 2 sides. I asked her what she recommended and she said the waffle fries and the Mac and cheese. So that’s what I got. The food came out together which is fine. The chicken strips were hot that’s a good thing so I tasted the Mac n cheese. Very bland and had an awful after taste so one spoonful was enough for me. I tried the chicken strips and I’m not sure when the last time they changed the grease it was awful. So I figured I would take the breading off and smother it in their honey mustard. As I opened up the chicken there was discoloration on the chicken so that was enough for me. I thought well, can’t go wrong with fries
