Like everything about it except the TV is very controlled and you cant connect your device to it and you are stuck with commercials every 90 seconds , terrible) and it is not a high tech hotel but the bexs are very comfy and the AC is quiet.

Loved our stay. Family staycation. Kids loved the pool. Tons of stuff close by to do. Will be back

There was only 1 people I dealt with that was nice to deal with at the front desk. Out of the 6 that I had interactions with. I was told the gust laundry was broken and found out it was not. I called the front desk 3 time and went there 4 times to let them know my ac was not working in my room still doesn't work. I travel for work and always stay in Hilton hotels and this is the worst one I have ever stayed at.. Other then the 1 lady at the front desk the people that work at the bar are very nice.

Front desk very helpful. Kitchen lady was rude when asked questions. Wouldn't listen and kept tapping her phone regarding the concerns we had. Otherwise the stay was relaxing and comfortable.

Staff is awesome. It needs a huge upgrade. Very dated dark and dank
