I came to foot at night and I wait in the line like all cars, and they did not accept my order and they refused to take my order because I did not drive a car and when I was with the manager, they said if they did not drive them they are not eating. that is a real discrimination. this woman, who calls her herself “Manger”, doesn’t know anything about humor and I wish she will emerge from this position.
The fish sandwich was oversalted and it was completely dried out! Maybe because I came around 10 o'clock, it doesn't know, but it was terrible. I called 5 times and they didn't answer the phone dummies down?
Friendly and fast drive thru service. My order was correct and complete. Literally ordered, drove to the window, paid, and got my food right away. That's what you call a drive thru.
Like most things in our declining civilization, the quality is slipping...Picked up a salad, burger and chicken salad at around 1030p -Asked for lettuce on my burger and relieved 1 baby slice of lettuce. The salad itself not terrible but the chicken sandwich with lettuce? Rotten lettuce!How can someone knowingly put this on a sandwich? You can't not know, LOOK AT IT!
My daughter loves Wendy's. Wendy's management and staff has not been good to us. Due to this experience, we will not go back to this Wendy's. Here is why: 1. 1/12/2022 went through drive through to order dinner, my card was declined twice for no reason. Called my bank no issues. The manager who took my order acted like my card declined was my fault. I went inside to order my food, my card went through. The server took me aside and told me the register that takes drive through orders have been declining customers cards all day. It needs to be fixed. The manager did not let me know of this issue. Instead of calling my bank that confirmed I shouldn't have any issues for 20 minutes, I could have ordered my food inside and used another register. Lie 1. Lie 2. Ordered dinner on the mobile app a few weeks ago, my order was cancelled for some reason. The drive through server getting rude and disrespectful saying I have no order when low and behold, the system crashed and everyone's mobile order was cancelled. I was there for close to 40 minutes. Again, Wendy's manager or staff refuse to tell the truth. NEVER GOING TO THAT WENDYS AGAIN. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS for a lifetime..
