Elias Pizzeria - East Greenbush

I stopped for lunch last week I got one slice Sicilian and one slice cheese. Pizza was delicious and staff are very nice and friendly price also very good . Next time I’ll get the wings

Not sure if they’ve changed owners or management but quality and service have really fallen off. Got my order wrong. They reimbursed me some of the money but doesn’t make up for a wrong/wasted food item.

We ordered pick up and food was ready very fast 7 minutes which should have been the first red flag considering it was a large order pizza calzone salad and ziti meatballs the pasta was rancid tasted 3 days old and metallic we called them hoping they would just be kind and apologetic instead we were asked in a very rude way what do you want me to do ? Like he could care less I asked for his name he refused to give his name and said I could call back and ask for Tarik….. sorry but you have lost my business I gave you an opportunity as I understand things happen and mistakes happen but your attitude that you could care less is not a good look meatballs were hard like rocks like they were nuked int eh microwave 3 days ago
