Dairy Queen - East Grand Forks

I recently went to the drive-thru with my 91-year-old mother, who has Alzheimer's. We waited in a long line and when we reached the window, we were given our drinks, receipt, and credit card but our burgers were missing. I pulled out of the line and parked the car, leaving my mom inside while I went to the door to ask for our food. The employees motioned for me to get back in the car line instead of helping me. When I tried to explain that I had already ordered and paid, they ignored me and turned their backs. After waiting in line again, I mentioned that they could have come to the door. In response, an employee rudely stated that they couldn't do that and closed the window on me. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and will now be going to a different Dairy Queen across the river instead.

Hello Vicky from the EGf Dairy Queen, it has come to my attention that you are the manager and I must say I am once again disappointed. I found the small amount of fries I received to be overpriced and when I brought this to your attention, you refused to offer a refund. It seems that this is not the first time your behavior has been called into question, as past employees have expressed dissatisfaction with your actions. I believe in showing respect to others, but it appears that you would rather engage in gossip with your coworkers and ignore customer complaints. This is the third time that your staff has exhibited this behavior, leading me to believe that your restaurant is known for being both unclean and disrespectful in the EGf/GF area. Although I am usually not very picky, I found your service to be unacceptable. It is not just about the French fries, but about providing good customer service. I hope that you are able to improve in your future endeavors, as it seems that fast food may not be the right fit for you.

I absolutely love this Dairy Queen! I always order my burger with special requests and they always get it right without any hassle. The food is always fresh and made-to-order, not pre-cooked. The chicken strips are consistently tasty and the ice cream is always delicious. The owner is usually present and the customer service is exceptional, even when he's not around. This is definitely the best fast food restaurant in East Grand Forks or Grand Forks by a long shot!

Strawberry Sundae and cheese burger meal was yummy but wish they tell you that French fries are seasoned now with black pepper mixed cause I'm highly allergic to it so was a waste and lucky my burger was separately wrapped or that been wasted to.

First of all, the food wasn?t even good, so that made my experience even worse! The manager, oh actually the owner of the Dairy Queen; just so we?re clear, was incredibly rude and was being so disrespectful to my friends and I when we were simply asking aquestion, and then proceeded to shut the window on us after telling us ?bye?. 0/10 would not recommend, I will not be going hereagain.
