Mcdonald's - Ealing

When you are in another country, sometimes eating a snack at familiar places is worth it. Not always the food from another country pleases you, so it serves as a nice reminder of your homeland.

I have never seen so many people waiting for their food at a restaurant before. The staff, acting as if nothing was out of the ordinary, worked at their own pace.

I was quite annoyed when I was served a chicken burger in a box of vegetables that was supposed to have a veggie burger. I'm glad I'm not entirely vegetarian, otherwise I would have been sick all over. I believe that instead of the staff being more concerned about how quickly orders were being taken care of, they should spend time checking that they were accurate.

I had order from Mc Donald s Brent Cross I have missing a chicken mayo , the chips are brown colour being cooked 2 times , and apart from that on my last ten order from them I never got any salt pepper sauce , tissues and even the straws was missing from my drink. That will be my last order with them.

Management team are arrogant and do not apologise about their mistakes. Orders are missing and they do nothing about it. I can not even get my refund straight away as I ordered online.
