I can't believe I neglected to check ZZQ before today. Zak's Brisket is excellent and the chicken is also quite amazing. I love bringing friends who weren't. I don't think there's a better briske in the cities, or even in a near ride! Personal service, and you can say the passion in all menu elements as well as beer pairings. Also: my two-year-old loves it. It must count on something!

Flat the best grill. Best bride, pulled pig and ribs I've ever had. They don't even need sauce, but they also have delicious on the side. Can not recommend this place enough!!!

Zach and his crew make the best bbq in MN. I was in the whole subway and tried all but Baldys. The bride was tender, smokey. The sides were fresh and tasteful, and the sauces were all very unique and delicious. ZZQ is the best.

I love the pulled pork sandwich with the ZZQ Sweet Sauce. Good frits and beans too. I tried the brisket and this is also a great choice, but I admit I got for the pulled pig.

I can't say enough good things about ZZ smokehouse. Zach was wonderful to work with as I planned a family party over the 4th. of July. Zach was awesome to work with regarding portion size. The most important piece was the quality of food. The food was excellent and gluten free. We have 5 celiacs in our family and to have a fear free meal is priceless. We will be back Zach. THANK YOU.
