Restaurant bewertenThis is King Unity was fantastic! Have their process together, in addition to the quality and the right presentation. Was there at high volume rush and waiting was unexpectedly minimal. A great model for studying and learning other units.
This is by far the best Burger King my husband and I were. All foods are made to order not sitting in the window under a heat lamp.
Never in my life have I received such rude behavior from any person. Tonight we visited Burger King on the promenade in Eagan, MN and were accused of cheating the restaurant from a meal. Reading previous reviews of this restaurant is clear that employees have a history of bad customer service. We decided to use the T-Mobile Tuesday offer today as we were in the area and it seemed favorable as we had a long day of travel and flight delays. My fiancé and I have submitted our orders on the mobile app practically simultaneously, two identical order with two separate order numbers. When we arrived thru, the lady said she had only one of the orders and couldn't find the other. I mentioned that I had two, and the two numbers that I had. This was when things suddenly became hostile when she screamed me on the speaker that there was only one order. So I thought it would be easier, I suggested that I come in and see if we could sort out the problem in order not to keep traffic. She yelled at us again and said it doesn't matter if we go in because it was the same answer. When we went to the store, we were immediately greeted by Gil, and he also began screaming to us that there was only one order and it doesn't matter what we saw or show him. No one in the store was willing to examine the problem for us and continue to remember that it was our problem, although we have received and order numbers. Gil always said that if it is not on his computer, then the order does not exist to dismiss any of our claims. He even went so far that he accused us of cheating on a free meal. That was my first time I had the need to record the change because it was a terrible experience and was sure that nobody would believe us. Gil finally gave us the orders to get us out of the door, but we were reluctant to eat even the meal at this point, as we were not sure if it was tamped with. After working in customer service, I know that it can be difficult to deal with people, and I always do my best to show my appreciation to the front line employees. I am shocked that there was not even an ounce of helpfulness from employees. Not one person even tried to investigate why only one of our orders appeared in the restaurant. They were immediately defensive and started screaming and accusing us. We are insulted that they would think that we are trying to cheat the restaurant out of a $5 meal. I am horrified how my fiancé and I have been treated, and I want a formal apology of the employees and the GM for our experience.

I love the holding the card reader out of the window and using a tray to hand people food during these times. It makes me feel like the manager actually cares about their staff not getting ill. Unfortunately this is not the standard elsewhere and is causing me to eat here too much, but they do a great job. Thank you very much everyone! :
