Panera Bread - Durham

I usually order the full tuna sandwich from various places, and it's typically packed with delicious tuna, so much so that you need a fork to enjoy it. However, this evening was different. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order, and when I finally received my sandwich, it was lacking enough tuna to even cover the bread. Additionally, the tomatoes were simply the end pieces and didn’t properly cover the sandwich. To top it off, the tuna was dry. It seems that some training is needed to ensure the preparation of an appealing and tasty sandwich.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and Prince really stood out with his warm welcome and excellent customer service during our late dinner. The food was fantastic too! We will definitely return because of Prince and the wonderful experience we had.

We attempted to place an order on Thursday, but unfortunately, half of the ingredients for three different sandwiches were unavailable. So, we gave it another shot on Friday. The online ordering process went smoothly, but I often find myself questioning whether they actually check the orders while preparing the food. My sandwich was missing the cheese and basil, and all the sandwiches had overcooked, dry bread with hard, almost burnt edges. As for the side salad I ordered, I didn't expect it to be massive, but it was literally just three tiny bites. Overall, it was a $40 order, and I left feeling really disappointed.

Great food usually.. customer service normally great... until the latest visit. I order a sandwich and I had 2 little slivers of meat. For the price you pay it was unacceptable

When I say ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They went over and above to correct my order. The quick turnaround makes me a happy camper. I am a frequent customer and the customer service has always been exceptional but that minor hiccup made it evenbetter! I will forever be a fan!
