Always great service, here! I love my stack with the adobo chicken, and they always give them so many chips that they can take home to eat later. the mobile app has got much better, and online order is excellent. I'm so glad I got one of them around the corner from where I work. I love the reward program because I can earn enough rewards to get discounted on my eating, and the occasional offers in the app are also great. love it!

I just placed an order through seamless/GrubHub. I ordered a homewrecker bowl and chose chicken as the protein. I ordered a sprite. My order arrived with a large bowl with nothing but chicken, and no sprite. I called and they told me I was supposed to choose each topping separately despite that not being an option. Why would you charge me $10 and send a half bowl of chicken? Clearly I want the homewrecker bowl as described and I chose chicken as the protein. Even if there was an option for each topping, it's silly to describe it as including those things then ask me to chose them all over again. And they had no answer regarding the sprite.
