Mcdonald's - Dunedin

The restaurant was too busy to provide us with service, so we had to order from the kiosk. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked for a refund and decided to dine elsewhere. However, the presence of a dog park added to the nice atmosphere of the restaurant.

The crew on Saturday 5pm got everything right. I had a quarter pounder with cheese. The paddy was hot and the meat was tasteful, unlike other McDonalds. Great job!!

I stopped at this restaurant at 8:30 on a Saturday night and ordered a quarter pounder. It was the worst one I have ever had. The bun was greasy, the meat tasted bad, there were no onions, and there was too much ketchup and mustard. It was so bad that I almost threw up.

Ordered a Big Mac that was completely disassembled in the box. A toddler with autism could have done better making a burger than whoever is doing their Meaningless job in the back of this McDonald?s. What a joke.

Upon entering the restaurant, I waited several minutes before being greeted. As I enjoyed my meal, I overheard a conversation between the manager and an employee that seemed negative. It appears that this employee may not be suited for their position as they lacked in service skills. A disappointing experience overall.
