Restaurant bewertenI stopped going to this dunkin once all the old employees left. this morning i gave it a chance and once again i wish i didnt. completely messing up my order and being very rude. i miss the old staff!!
The people that work here work hard, the store itself has seen many employees leave. Leaving the ones that are left stranded and working alone allot of the time what's important is patience with the employees that are left because without them, we wouldn'thave a Dunkin. So appreciate the workers there you don't know what they are going through that day and everyone who is outeveryday busting their backs to make us happy deserve respect and appreciation. Keep up the good work guys and stay strong!
I've gone to this location for over a year, and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Placed a mobile order, and waited in dive through line for 10 minutes before getting to the speaker, once there, silence, had to say hello for someone to speak, then was asked to wait a minute, waited for 3-4 minutes before I had to speak up again, then was asked to hold on because theywere trying to figure out their money drawer. I stated that I just need my mobile order, they asked my name gave it, then theywere speaking to someone else asking about my order, and again took another couple of minutes before I just pulled up to thewindow. Once at the window the woman opens up, and begins to ask me what my name was again, I replied and stated mam' I justneed my mobile order as I'm now late for an appointment. The woman let the sliding window go and it slammed in my face. After afew more minutes someone else opens the window and hands my half my order, and thanks me. I then had to ask for my drink, andonce she handed to me it wasn't even what I had ordered. I started to say something, but just said thank you and drove away. Inormally would have more grace for the quick service industry, but this location had really worked my last nerve, andmanagement needs to step up and tain their brand new staff, and pair them with seasoned associates until they are ready to workdrive through on their own. Hell even work the registers. To be in a drive through window for 20-25 minutes for 2 items afterplacing a mobile order is pretty excessive. Also, having associates that have little to no training on without someone there toback them up just screams management/owners don't care. No wonder your last crew walked out on you in the same week. Do better.
DON?T WASTE YOUR TIME Waited a half hour STUCK in the drive through. Once you get in line, it?s a narrow single lane and you can?t get out. There were 3 people in front of me. It should have not have taken this long. Workers are probably very busy andthe location is probably understaffed but it?s not worth it. McDonald?s is next door.
This is a fantastic spot to pick up a coffee (and a donut if you enjoy gluten!) on your way to Honeymoon Island. It's conveniently located inside the Mobil station at the corner of Causeway Blvd. There's plenty of easy parking with entrances from both Causeway Blvd and Alt 19. Plus, there's a drive-thru for added convenience.
