Fuddruckers - Duncan

We always eat at the one on 290 in Duncan. Great service and food is always good. AA

I gave my specific ratings because this Fuddruckers has nothing available really for vegans. Also, the fries tasted like the grease was old, and the serving area was a mess and lacked certain condiments.

To start the person taking my order got it wrong after I asked them to repeat the order back to me. When my food arrived it was completely wrong for a party of 4. I mentioned the order was wrong to the young lady and she just stared at me as if I was speaking in a language she did not understand. We went to the line where condiments were to find the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes had bad spots on most all slices. After deciding we would not get fresh vegetables, we went to get condiments which were out on the pump station. There was one young man who was working hard to keep tables clear, but the rest of the staff seemed to barely move. Needless to say its clear there needs to be better management at this location. Sad as Duncan really needs some quality resturants.

In town for a fab shop visit, made this very short walk from the Hampton Inn. Pictures of the front, inside eating area, and my Swiss, mushroom, and onion burger with chocolate shake are attached. It was very good!
