Little Caesars Pizza - Dumas

The place has become a disaster. I ordered a pizza and styx combo today waited 20 minutes nothing went inside was ignored the whole time I was inside trying to get my order or money back went back to my car waited another 10 minutes before I finally went to the drive thru window shut my car off and waited. I only got my money back after another 10 minutes of sitting there and more customers showed up to order and there was a line of four cars.untill they started honking there horns was I ever aknowledge. I have gone there many times even have the app I order a lot from there if it was just this once ok but 2 times in a row forget about it.lost my business and friends and family business as well as they all to have had the same issue. Hope things get better for future customers.

Customer service is terrible! Don't dare ask to speak to the manager. They pay more attention to their phones than taking your order

It's fast n clean. Not consistent. The service is rough, uninformed. Not the most helpful.

We had an order of 10 pizzas for a party, they were hot, fresh and ready to go when I arrived to pick them up! The young man even helped bring her into my car... Thank you! The children loved them!
