What an experience, a health spa with healthy food, horseback riding and plenty of friendly service

Loved this place. Nice homely feel, food was freshly prepared and delicious.

This is a lovely place. It is not the Mug and Bean in East/West/North Gate. We had coffee and something small. Sat there for 2 hours. Was worth every cent.

Great place. Friendly people. Just had milkshakes but menu looked good.

Vegan and vegetarian options. Vegan cakes, had the carrot and chocolate cake health teas, tried the ginger tea and liver detox and both tasty. Late lunch with loads of veggies and salads, had a Second helping.. Tasty Whole foods. Beatiful area, staying over at the health Centre.
