Lovely cocktails!!! The staff (bartender Nisa) are so welcoming. There’s a really nice atmosphere. Definitely would recommend.

Came for the bottomless brunch, Customer service spot on, efficient, kind 10/10 atmosphere was amazing great fun! the food was ok but personally not appealing for a bottomless in my opinion but my friends really enjoyed it. the bottomless cocktails were where I really had an issue.i love sweet cocktails and drinks but you can tell these made with cheap syrups. Eg Bellini should be peach puree but it made used over sweetened syrup it was not drinkable. All of the cocktails were awfully cheap soapy and syrupy tasting. Mimosa was the best but even that wasnt with proper orange juice it was cheap over sweetened juice/ cordial. This small change to using better quality products were make such a difference. I probably won't return due to the drinks

I had a booking last night for three people in your bar for food and drinks. We had booked this table two weeks ago. When we arrived we were told our table was not ready and we were told we could sit at a two seater table while we waited. Very shortly after we were brought to our ‘table’ which was outside the main bar in what can only be described as the entry way. As the main door was opened almost every minute, the draught created required us to keep our scarves and jackets on. We attempted to move our table slightly as the third person in our party could not access their seat without asking another patron seated at a table directly under us to move. We were then asked by a member of staff if we had moved our table and told to move it back as we were now blocking a service entrance. This entrance had people entering and exiting constantly, in addition to the main entrance. We asked could we be moved to a table inside to which we were told they were already booked. I said that we had made a booking and was told that this was our table. The tables inside had reserved signs on them however, ours did not. I feel our booking was overlooked and we were placed at this table because they had forgotten us. We ordered one drink each after having waited quite a long time for our order to be taken. When they arrived, the drinks were correct however, our waiter told us that one vodka cocktail was the tequila cocktail and vice versa. It was only after they were tasted we realised the mistake. I understand this is an extremely busy time in hospitality and errors like this will occur from time to time, however, we had booked this with the intention of spending our evening here. Instead we had to make a reservation elsewhere while sitting at our makeshift table in your entryway. Upon leaving we asked for the bill which never came. We went to the bar where we had to track down the waiter who had not remembered us asking for it. The nearly 50 euro bill paid for the three cocktails did not match the quality of service or setting anticipated. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and felt the need to express this to you. Having arrived at the new booking, it confirmed we had made the right decision to leave your bar.

I had booked a table for a group of work friends at 6:00pm, the staff seemed confused when we said we had a booking. They were reluctant to even seat us. The staff were not welcoming at all, it felt like they did not want us there. We had the table booked until 7;15pm and at 6:50pm we were told we had to settle our bill and we couldn’t order any more drinks. We were rushed out of the door. Literally a small group of work friends having a quiet drink. Would not recommend at all and will most definitely not be going back.

Went here with a friend for a couple of cocktails after work and on getting the bill we decided to split without taking too much notice of the price. Only after paying we realised that it was very pricey at nearly €16 a cocktail. Asked the waitress for a copy of the bill and there was a 12.5% service charge added on! Totally unnecessary for cocktails only (no food) and should be flagged to people when being handed the bill! Even without the service charge the cocktails work out pricey at €14 a pop. Will not be returning due to this devious billing behaviour, and will be recommending same to all my friends!
