Mc Donald's food has gone done hill in my opinion over the last five years and not just over covid. Some of the staff are friendly and offer some sort of customer service but unfortunately it is the case that the majority do not. As someone who works in retail a friendly sounding voice or a smiling face can enhance a customer experience every bit as much as the service being provided can and unfortunately this is in constant decline.
