Lam's Asian Cuisine - Dublin

Called three times to see where my food was. Person on the phone pretended he could not hear me. Food was very late and cold on delivery. Chicken is dry and old. Couldn’t eat it as absolutely vile and a risk to health. What a waste of money! Shop is 1km away. Food should not be cold. Don’t be rude to paying customers who keep your crappy business open. Abysmal service.

0 stars. Vile. Listen first and foremost I waited for 35 minutes at 4:30 pm. It was not busy at all. My nine year old and my 9 month pregnant partner and myself were absolutely famished at this point. We got the food home eventually and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. My partner took the first bite of a chicken ball and I was shook when she pulled a 7inch wirey long black hair! We went to find many more hairs of this variety in the munchy box. The food itself was oily and greasy and was thrown together in to a half closed pizza box. I've had some bad food in my life and can safely say this has been one of my worst experiences with a take away. My pregnant partner subsequently vomited up the small amount of food she ate with the sheer thought of the long hair she pulled from her mouth. Disgraceful absolutely disgraceful and disgusting.

The spice bags at this restaurant are pretty good, although they are heavy on the MSG. They are still enjoyable to eat. The delivery did take a while, but the staff informed us about the delay beforehand and we decided to proceed with our order. This place is a good choice for late-night takeout.

Do not go to this restaurant under any circumstances! I got Chinese takeout for my family tonight, which consisted of 3 noodle dishes and a pizza, and it cost €68.00!!! The prices are ridiculously high for such basic meals. Three out of four of us had a bad reaction to MSG, and the food was overly salty. We all feel ill after eating it. The beef was chewy and the chicken was mediocre at best. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment!

My experience with this takeaway restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered a snack box from the menu but received a completely different item. My order had to be remade twice and was still incorrect. Despite requesting a vegetarian spring roll, it contained meat and was frozen in the middle. I even witnessed chicken being defrosted in the microwave. The staff appeared incompetent and had poor English skills. After this experience, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, especially considering the negative reviews from other customers. There are numerous other Chinese takeaways in the area that provide better quality and service. Overall, I would give this restaurant a rating of 1 out of 10.
