J2 Sushi Grill - Dublin

Beautiful eating and service, amazing location. nice staff. cozy place only a little cold. it was ice cold outside, maybe the glasses did not help. Smoking area outside the type of useless. alla in everything I would recommend it.

Fantastic eating, great service and snake was delicious!

The sushi rice was not sticky enough, and the whole dish came out as sloppy. the Maki reels were not properly closed and fell apart. the rice was so loose that we ended with more tears on our table and soy sauce than in our mouth. we had the 40-piece combo, and the thunfish in the spicy tuna reels was so salty that we did not have to immerse it in the soy sauce. the table next to us complained about the Schushi rice to the waiter and the construction of their schushis. the poor waiter had to explain that the cook had 10 years experience in making sushi. the curs served more like an amatur who tries to be praised as a pampered child. the shisi are not cheap, especially dublin, where everything is expensive. If it were not for the service and the fresh ingredients, I would have given it a total of 2 or 1.

The food was under the average. we ordered the tempura and it came without a diving sauce. I've seen it for the first time. the sushi rice was not good, not better than what I would make home. edamame was served almost cold. service was very friendly. but I would not recommend or go back.
