1837 Brasserie - Dublin

I was disappointed to find that despite them advertising vegan options, I couldn't find anything on the menu online or at the restaurant. We ended up having to venture outside the warehouse to find vegan food. It seems like they don't do a good job of promoting their vegan options.

I visited this restaurant last year and was eager to return. I tried the vegan sweet potato cake, which I was hesitant about since I typically don't like sweet potatoes. Surprisingly, it turned out to be the most delicious sweet potato cake I've ever had! I also ordered the steak sliders, which were cooked perfectly. To finish off the meal, I enjoyed a Guinness, which was vegan-friendly. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

I'm confused by the claim of having vegan options at this restaurant. After checking the menu online and outside the restaurant, we couldn't find any vegan options. We had to go elsewhere to find vegan food, as there was nothing available inside. It seems like they don't advertise their vegan options, if they have any at all.

I visited this restaurant last year and have been eager to go back. I tried the vegan cottage pie, despite being hesitant about the sweet potatoes/yams. It turned out to be the best cottage pie I have ever tasted! I also ordered some steak fries, and surprisingly finished everything. To complete the meal, I had a Guinness, which is also vegan.

The vegan dishes that were once offered are no longer on the menu. I can attest to this, so I would recommend not expecting them when you visit. However, you can still enjoy some French fries and a house salad.
