Visited this establishment on three occasions recently and every visit was absolutely fantastic. The service and food are a very high level of quality and ambiance. We always revel in the quality of food in Ireland but this place manages take it a little higher every time. The facilities are immaculate, the staff attentive and take immense pride in their work. Can’t recommend this highly enough, a great reflection of a brilliant business and full marks to the proprietor

I strongly suggest trying out this hidden gem of a restaurant in Drogheda. The food is flavorful, the service is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very clean and they prioritize social distancing and sanitization, which is reassuring. If you're ever in Drogheda, make sure to check out this place.

A nice welcoming place right along the river. Stopped in with the family after a long flight from the States and was enthusiastically greeted and throughly entertained by the bartender. This place was great

Tonight is the 3rd time in as many weeks that we have tried to go into the Mariner after 10pm but cannot as the front door is closed. People we had arranged to meet are inside and the pub is open and serving drinks, but the bar/barman is just stopping customers from entering. Not a good experience when you have dressed up to go out. I wonder if the owner knows.

Dropped in here when we were in town for a quick bite and drink we were to late for food so just had drinks the bar lady was very pleasant and toilets were spotless will drop in again when up that way
