Restaurant bewertenAmazing experience on this local farm to table! We love food and are not disappointed. Recommend Pierogi for some local Idaho potato and the local guard OR Ente confit carbonara! The owner was there and very attentive so we had a great experience.
The food was EXCELLENT. I got the beef talloin and my engagement got the lamb, I wish I got a picture of them, but we ate them too fast! It was the best tender I ever had, and I'm from Louisiana! The lamb was not even served with a knife cup, it literally just fell from the bone. Do not miss this place, you will not regret it, so a great mood also inside, with fresh flowers and candles.
This place only cures delicious food. The staff is wonderful and it is really treat all your friends will enjoy. The hotel is located about 1000 feet east of the street light in Driggs on the north side of the street. This place makes you smile!
Absolutely amazing food. We arrived early and in no hurry. The way it should be for a place like this. Take your time and enjoy your experience. By the time we left, there was a wait. Be patient as this is a little town gem with a great staff. It takes a bit to get your order and food, but well worth the wait. We started with their house salad. It had organic micro greens from a local farm, peppitas, dates, shaved jicama and kambucha dressing. appetizer: Artichoke and Fennel with fresh made grain bread and house made pitas. I had the Organic Chicken Saltimbocca with Toasted Butternut Squash and a SageCream Sauce that was out of this world, topped with micro greens and a yummy lemon jam Or marmalade (I would put it over my ice cream at home) My hubby had the Osso Bucco (best he’s ever had) served with a Polenta that made our mouths water. All the desserts sounded so good but we decided on the Vanilla Bean Pancetta with Berries and the Lemon Cream/custard pie. Our neighbors across from us couldn’t decide and we entertained them with our choices and as we drooled over our choice of dishes. Because we arrived early and there weren’t many customers, our server was patient and spent extra time chatting about the food, chefs, history and food choices. We observed they worked hard to keep everyone happy as people arrived. If you can make a reservation, I highly recommend it. There is outside seating and is family friendly. We will return, I promise.
I travel a lot. I eat a lot. I cook a lot. This was honestly the biggest surprise of a restaurant I've set for in. We went there because it was basically the only place open for a late lunch in Driggs and it knocked our socks off. Creative menu. Fresh. Inspired. And yes, expensive but worth it.
