Creno's Pizza - Dresden

Our delivery guy (didn't catch his name but apparently he was the manager) provided outstanding service and went above and beyond, making our experience extraordinary. The pizza was delicious but we decided it too quickly for photos. They delivered to the Dresden Boat Ramp. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got food poisoning from their food. Do not recommend eating their food. Worst case of food poisoning I've had.

Was put on hola for 10 minutes. Hung up and called back 15 times and recieved no response. Price per person: $30–50

Very dissapointed with Creno 's Dresden. We ordered 2 subs and a salad to be delivered in Trinway at 8:45 pm on Sunday 5/28/2023. After confirming the order and telling me the price, the person on the phone said their usual response. We will have it to you as soon as we can. It is now 10:30 pm and they have been closed for half an hour and NO food has been delivered. We have been calling the shop since 9:55 pm incase they couldnt deliver it we would go pick it up. NO answer and no food. We order from them almost every other day. That is 4 or more times a week and normally $45 every order!!! If you are busy and cannot deliver let me know when we order. You take our phone number before you even ask for our order, CALL! If you are going to blow us off and not even attempt to deliver, you will be loosing us forever. Like I said I am very upset with this kind of service. Fire the whole crew that worked that night as not a single person would answer the phone even before closing time.
