Black Rock Coffee - Downtown Littleton

Went here was out of the Mexican mocha like evertytime I come here. Then I had ordered my drinks. Upon receiving myorder my drink was ordered at the speak as hot. When I went to the window she went to hand me a iced drink. I asked her why is this iced I ordered hot . She goes ok I can fix it, then stated I didn 't have to be rude. I never stated a word being rude. Then handed me my drunk n decided ti ne sarcastic as well at the end. So I said I 'm glad I write reviews. Customer service could really go along way especially when you have no idea what others are going through and getting bummed out when they don 't have a coffee you like. Only to get a person calling me rude because they made the mistake. Morning of 2/28/24

Great space! The coffee was delicious and service was friendly! Place was clean for the most part. Tables needed to be cleaned off. We ended up doing that ourselves.I'm giving it 3 stars because the music was so awful and so loud! It became unbearable we had to leave! Great place for a quick stop of coffee.

Used to be my favorite but twice now I have gotten the wrong drink. Maybe next time if there is a next time will be better.

The manager at this location is very professional, helpful, and has a great memory of her customers and their preferences. I highly recommend!
