Dunkin' - Downingtown

Okay. I made our order wrong, but they could correct it for the second time. Not the ideal situation if in a hurry.

Don't come here! Unless you don't appreciate your property. Someone I knew left her wallet on the vault. I wanted to find her. The wallet was gone and the credit cards were currently used by someone else (records to prove it). We went back to the store twice after the wallet both times had been filled with hostility. We had to turn on the police. The police went by the next morning and they gave no information until the afternoon manager claimed he found the wallet at once. So someone in this store used the credit cards until they were turned off and then returned them when they didn't work anymore. It's obvious.

They always try to up sell us. We place the order and they ask if we want larger sizes for ?only 30 cents more? ... it?s super annoying. And they continue to ask for each consecutive coffee ? I order the size I want because it?s how much coffee i want to consume, not because I need to save 10-30 cents! It?s frustrating because I?m always in a hurry and I just want you to take my order so I can get back on the road. Not be asked to spend more money

Watch out when you order on the mobile app or through the drive thru. They always get the manager 's special wrong which is supposed to be the chocolate glazed with cream filling, not the powdered with cream filling. Check your order before you go. Overpriced for the quality. Closest location to my house. They usually get my order right and often have the donuts my kids like. Service is friendly. Connected to a Baskin Robbins. Go in for ice cream- sometimes the flavor you want is old.

Best service and coffee I had from a dunkin in my life. The staff deserves an increase
