The Original Green Olive - Downey

I would not recommend this place to anyone, tried this place on 10/25/22 only to get the worst stomach flu the next day and continuing to battle today, and have been bed ridden and making runs to the toilet every 20 minutes. I had to miss a wedding oftwo of my important friends due to the flu i contracted from then food here. The employees at this restaurant needs to practiceproper hand hygiene or wash the salads better.

Waited 40 minutes for our order. Kept inquiring about it and was told it?s coming up it was a sandwich soup and hummus. How long could that take? Wasn?t that crowded either. Once we got the food I was hoping it would have been worth the wait. Itwasn?t. The chicken vegetable soup has like a medicinal, not in a good way, taste to it. Sorry not pleased Green Olive with theservice or the food Won?t be going back.

First visit. Read so many good things about this place. I put a simple child's meal for my older mother. And an extra skewer and dessert. 30 minutes later 9 to finally go my order. I ask the girl... it always takes 30 minutes to go for an order. She said she had to get the baklava out of the freezer. I don't want to eat anything. Let's see what Mom says about it.

Wow, I was passing by and decided to try their food and I was not disappointed. The wrap beef fillet is amazing ?. The food presentation and the banana slices are amazing. Too bad their restaurant is too far from my regular commute other wise I'd return again and again... HIGHLY recommended. The green sauce is delicious.

Fresh Tasty. Gyros were perfectly grilled. Potatoes were delicious. I find a lot of Mediterranean places don't put thought into the sides, but everything was good here. Props to the team. Will definitely become a regular.
