Taco Bell - Douglasville

The customer service was awsome, the food was great hot and fresh.

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I've ordered a Dragonfruit freeze and they don't have any coloring to go in it. Also today they are totally out of ice ,both in house and drive thru. Pitiful

The food was fresh and hot. It's been a while since I visited a taco bell where all the food was hot AND in the bag AND the employees were polite. 5 stars

Ate here 12:30pm 06-07-24 the food was so skimp almost no beef the beefy five layer taste like a cheesy bean burrito. The chalupa‘s the same way no meat!!!!!! Wth…

Whoever was working early this morning at 3 am should be fired out my order in ahead early got to location at 3 :10 sat behind someone who had already been waiting and waited about ten minutes before driving around to see some guy shake his head at me like it's 4 am or even close now wasted my time gas and never really told they were ever closed for the whole 15 minutes sitting there. Decided to at least let guy in drive thru still know that they were closed b cause they refused to have the courtesy of just saying we're closed for that whole time while they closing way early...... It's just ridiculous sometimes but this was just rude and tiresome.
