Great place to eat!!! Friendly service and great food!!! Much improved from previously.

UPDATE 7/20/22 Amik the manager has reached out to correct the issue and was very kind and sincere. The problem was resolved quickly. Good job on legit customer service!! Original post: i was so excited to see the pretty ice cream cupcakes for my daughter as she’s been sick. I got 2 of them. When we started to eat them it was as if someone had just poured plain milk on top of the chocolate and let it freeze before topping with the icing. There were ice crystals all thru and it was like scraping ice, not creamy ice cream. I’ve never had this issue in the past. Neither of us even could eat them. I should’ve gotten us each a medium blizzard for about the same price. But thought these special cupcakes would be enjoyable. I was wrong! So very disappointed in this especially for the costs and hopes we had of a nice DQ treat.

My blizzard tasted either like chemicals or minerals. It overpowered the flavor of the ice cream. My sister's tasted the same. There's obviously something needing to change. Edit: The manager made it right. Everything tastes much better!

Had a pretty big order, so I tried ordering through the app for pickup. My order was ready, complete, and everything was great. The service was excellent. Even with the COVID issues the restaurant industry is having, I was impressed with the service.

I absolutely love the cheese curds (when they're not overcooked) the chicken tenders and fries are my next favorite. Oreo blizzard yummm
