Pizza Hut - Douglas

Always great pizza, and if you download the app you always get discounts and you earn points towards food for everything you purchase online. I order at least once a week

I ordered ahead of time because I wanted to save time and make things more convenient. Unfortunately, this is the third time I've come to pick up my order, and it’s still wrong! Now I have to wait again for them to prepare my order from scratch. To make matters worse, the manager has a bad attitude, rolls his eyes, and doesn’t seem to care that it’s their mistake. It’s really disappointing because Douglas has few dining options, and the customer service is quite poor.

I really enjoy the carryout from Pizza Hut in Douglas. The pizza is delicious, and the staff is fantastic!

It reminded me of some wonderful memories from my younger days!

We were served our pizza and we never saw our server again. The building was cold.
