I ordered a milkshake and my friends ordered an ice cream, both were very good. The saleswoman was also very polite and tried her best to communicate with us in English.

The worst ice cream I've ever tasted. Very very sugary, with unclear flavors and artificial flavours.

A fixed stop every time I go to Alberoni, the ice cream is amazing and FEDERICA and her AUNT are nice, kind and always with a smile.

Decent ice cream, but the person I generally saw at the counter on those times I went always behaved towards customers in an unwelcoming way, if not in some cases with expulsive and haughty attitudes. I saw the response to my review on the post posted above. I don't understand the reference to Covid and masks, however I had the opportunity to go to the ice cream shop even before the pandemic and I didn't find any differences in the management.
