The Southern Dolores

Been waiting for the big opening which is up in the air. Renovations barely started. Someone was cooking on a hot plate where the kitchen was. All kinds of hullabaloo and nothing.

This property was rezoned residential in 2015 and is currently under contract with a buyer. The new buyer must bring the building up to code and apply for rezoning once all renovations are complete. Please check back in a few months.

Really, really cool place. Super nice host and big delicious breakfast included. Do not go here expecting a modern hotel. This place looks and feels historic. It comes with stories too.
