Restaurant bewertenThis is a must-visit spot every time I'm in the area! The gluten-free pasta they use is the best I've ever had, and all the sauces are gluten-free as well, giving you a lot of options! The gluten-free shells are served in a separate container and on a different tray, complete with disposable cutlery. They understand what Celiac disease is and have shown me the designated area of the kitchen where the gluten-free dishes are prepared. Your order is clearly marked with “Allergy,” and it's confirmed when you pick up your food. I always feel very safe eating here and have never had any issues. I even make sure to take some pasta bags home with me!
The owners and staff are very knowledgeable about celiac disease. They have a dedicated stove and equipment for preparing gluten-free meals. All sauces are gluten-free. Just inform them that you have celiac disease, and they will guide you on what is safe to eat. They also offer gluten-free products for sale. I've dined here more than 30 times since my diagnosis, and I've had no issues whatsoever.
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, and the gluten-free pasta is absolutely delicious!
Visit the GF Pasta Restaurant located in West Island. They offer a delicious gluten-free penne pasta with a selection of sauces to choose from. There's a dedicated area for cooking the pasta, and the staff is attentive, inquiring about any allergies. Plus, you can enjoy two gluten-free dessert options: tiramisu and cheesecake. They also sell gluten-free products like pasta, flour, and dried bread to complement your meal. I’ve included a photo in this post.
It’s a casual dining place. Great for lunch or a quick bite for supper.. Mainly a pasta place., but they also have sandwiches (not gf) and salads. You can have your pasta with any of their sauces as they are gluten free. They have a dedicated pot, strainer and kitchen tools to avoid cross contamination. Your pasta is cooked in a separate area. Although it’s not a certified gluten free place, owner is celiac and therefore staff is knowledgeable. You can eat safely. They also have gluten free Italian dry products (cookies, pasta, crackers etc) and gluten free deserts (cheesecakes and sometimes tiramisu) A must try in the West Island!
