Restaurant bewertenThe quality of food was good for the most part but we had to send our eggs back twice. While waiting on the kitchen staff to make hard poached eggs properly the rest of the dish remained relatively untouched and the eggs never eaten. We were surprised to see a full price meal on our bill and asked the waitress why we were paying for 1 dish of the 9 that was uneaten. The manager offered us a $1.78 discount and when I tried to speak to him about it, he was verbally abusive, told us he knew more than anyone else with his 25 years of experience. Now, in all cases the customer has a right to express themselves, but not here! He told us to leave and made the entire family feel very uncomfortable. Such a lack of service There are many other breakfast places in the area and they understand what customer service truly means, unlike this location. Go elsewhere
Good food and excellent service from the STAFF. Unfortunately, the owner of the restaurant is miserable and enforces a 70 minute time limit to eat and get out, and insists that “there is a big sign at the door that mentions the time limit”. We were a party of 10 people for a birthday, with a reservation, and he actually came to me and asked us to leave. Even when I said we needed another 5 to 10 minutes, he was rudely belligerent and willing to argue.Did I mention that we are regular customers and eat here all the time?It’s too bad that such a good staff has to work for such a miserable personality. We won’t ever be back, and I’ll make sure to share our experience with everyone we know. He complained that he was closed during COVID, and I told him that I knew that, and we are supporting his business. When I told him “I think what you meant to say was ‘Thank you’ “ he didn’t care and was obnoxious.Save yourself the aggravation and eat somewhere else.In response to the owner, I was not arrogant or sarcastic. If I was, why would I bring 10 people in and spend over $250 on brunch for a party. My wife made a reservation several days in advance and even received a call from your restaurant the day before to confirm. There was never any mention of a time limit. I was certainly not prepared to be told I had a 1 hour 10 minute time limit before I even sat down, and I certainly didn’t appreciate having you hover over me at the table at 11:15 to tell us we had to go because you needed the table for 11:30. When I told you that we would be gone in about 5-10 mins, you arrogantly tried to teach me who was boss. And yes, I needed one more place for one more person. Another customer and additional business. I did not raise my voice and I have 9 witnesses to your unprofessional and rude behaviour.While I can understand you wanting to be efficient in your operations, you do it at the expense of customer service. And when I said to you that “I think what you meant to say was Thank you”, you smiled smugly and arrogantly answered “you want me to say thank you, I will, as you leave”.There are many other breakfast restaurants on the west island. K73 was our one of our favourites, until yesterday. Your staff and food is excellent. You can learn something from how THEY treat your customers.Billy knew how to treat your customers. Be better.
We recently went to Kitchen 73 to celebrate my grandson’s first birthday. We had called ahead to have 2 tables ready when we arrived. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to serve and keep everyone happy. Their menu is quit extensive and sometimes difficult to pick what you want! Once we had given our orders it want very long before they all started to arrive. Everything was exactly as ordered! My plate was exceptionally large, as were most of the orders. It was delicious ?. The coffee and drinks just kept coming. A great place to dine. Enjoy!,
The worst Smoked meat sandwich .. 2 slices... bland.... and bad. Fries were bad too. Place is falling apart. Servers are great though.
Service is smooth, the place is packed with happiness everyone there is in a good mood. The waiter who served us almost fell down and still her mood was highly intoxicated with happiness she made us laugh ? about her fall. Amazing.
