Absolutement the worst tim Hortons I have ever been to. It’s always really bad service but today didn’t make my mobile order, argued with me that I even placed it while I was showing him the confirmation. So 20 minutes later got my order while I was there a lady stormed out because another employee argued with her when she corrected her order that he screwed up. Head office should be spending some time at this location. Staff needs training and better support.
Friday afternoon, between 13:30 and 14:00, I was the 3rd client in line inside. Outside, car service line was full. Inside, we waited for 5 minutes and not one employee even acknowledged our presence, we could of at least been told “it won’t be long, we are understaffed and very busy, sorry for the wait” Tired of waiting and also dissatisfied of not having been acknowledged, I left without buying my lunch and coffee, and as I got to my car, the client in front of me was also leaving. She mentioned that she wasn’t happy at all that no one even looked at her. Can’t comment on food or atmosphere as I didn’t get the chance to eat and experience the lobby atmosphere.
You’re in Quebec! You can't even place your order like everyone else. You place your order at the drive thru, In English, zero French effort And I make the effort to speak English. when you arrive to pay, you are asked for your order again because even in English it didn't work! We don't even understand you! Your order is half done! You don't feel like eating anymore and you just say thank you bye
