Restaurant bewertenThe customer service at this restaurant was very poor, in fact, it was the worst I have ever experienced. I have never heard of an entrepreneur telling a customer to never come back simply because a payment didn't go through. After reading other reviews, it seems like this is a common response from the owner - telling customers not to return. It's surprising that this business is still operating with such terrible customer service. When I called to inquire about a payment issue, the owner simply hung up on me instead of taking the time to resolve the issue. I would not recommend visiting this restaurant as they clearly do not prioritize customer service. I will not be returning and will also advise my friends not to as well.
Greg and Becka were disrespectful. They made comments about our drink orders and the smell of my car. When I tried to pay with credit cards that didn't work, I attempted to transfer money instead. However, they were impatient and told me to just get cash and come back. They even went as far as to say I was no longer welcome there. This was surprising as two of my employees frequent the restaurant daily and even bring drinks back for them.
I regularly go to coffee. they are always very friendly and fast!
Rebecca and Greg are so good to us!! They are wonderful, down to earth people who know coffee!! A family favorite!! They spoil us!! Thor is the mascot!! We love him!!
Great, strong latte and really friendly and efficient. I have tried a number of drive thru coffee places in Montana, and this one stands out. Will definitely come back when I pass through again, highly recommend!
