Big decrease in the quality of pizzas but also of the services: lack of organisation, stress felt by the customers, new unpleasant direction with the employees, less generous pizzas, pates much finer (in summary a pizza comparable to the big signs)... short after 7 years of loyalty, your competitors can say thank you.
