Punch Bowl Social Detroit

The service was super slow and it was a little expensive except that it was great, eating was delicious and had fun with my wife.

I forgot what the burger was called, but it was phenomenal. not a fan of rosmarinfries. and I feel like her menu could be a bit bigger, but overall I loved it there.

Horrible service. One waitress that stood at the bar waiting for 1 drink to be made for over 10 minutes. Way over priced.

Service was terrible manager was great and took care of us but waitress was terrible from point we where done eating and ask for check till when we finally received check was 45 minutes.

Food and service and atmosphere were very nice for this return trip, but I will never use the 'OpenTable service again. They sent a overly critical note to me telling me why a low life like me should never make a reservation that I had no intent on keeping. Trust me when I say the last thing I need is schooling on social etiquette from the 'mixed up ' generation. I was at my reservation appointment at the prescribed time, but, again, still received the condescending email saying I hadn 't attended the restaurant and skipped out on my reservation. I complained in an email to Open Table the next day, and they blamed the mix up the restaurant (Punch Bowl Social). Typical. I will never use OpenTable for a reservation (or anything else they provide), and I have put forth every effort to tell my friends and associates to stay away as well from this service. Unfortunately, this leaves my experience at Punch Bowl Social tainted and the restaurant is relegated to a third or fourth selection when embarking on my next dining experience in the Detroit downtown area.
