The customer service is zero stars!!!! I contacted this store through their online inquiry on July 12th. No response! On July 24th I called the store to let them know that my inquiry had not been answered and Angel stated that she would pass my message on and someone would contact me. As of today, that has not happened. I was interested in having them bake my wedding cake. I will never shop there again and I will pass my experience on to anyone who asks about this business. Do not waste your time! IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I am very thorough and find it hard to believe that I entered my email incorrectly. This is something for my wedding day. Your online inquiry has a required section for a customers phone number and it must be entered to proceed. Did you call me when you saw that the response came back? No. Also, when I called your store, I left my email and phone number AGAIN. Still no response until this online review. Now you suggest me emailing an entire different email address and wait another 48 hours. No thank you. I am not confident you would even deliver my cake or make it correctly. I’ll pass.

7 up pund cake, cookies all excellent. Their hours are a little odd but oh well, when you catch them open, it is a treat!

Cue the music: Heaven! I’m in heaven! I love this place. Every single item was delicious and the crew is so nice. I can feel the love and warmth radiating from every corner of Good Cakes and Bakes. I’m not vegan but the vegan cookie butter cake is amazing. The rum cake is astounding and I’m not being hyperbolic when I say I’ve never had a better pot pie in my life. This is what a beautiful black owned business is supposed to look like. Again, just heaven.

Love this place. I always get the banana pudding but they have a lot of great options to choose from.

Best cake I’ve had in years. The friendly staff member let us know every item that was vegan and recommended the cookie butter cake, which was biscoff flavour I believe. It was absolutely delicious.
